I talk about your memorandum DI-2131-000C-2006 of the 20th of July of 2006, received with the number of the reference, which encloses copy of the press bulletin related to which you describe like “irregularities detected by the Commission of Civic Control of the Corruption, in mining concession GOLDEN l and GOLDEN 2, so that of fulfillment to which it is arranged there”.

In respond to you letter 06567 AP-27052-2006-FBS-RMM of July 5, 2006, which was received with number of the reference, the Sub secretary of Environmental Protection was notified with copy of the Providence of July 3, 2006, file No. 27052, in annex you will find a copy of the file of the Mining Project Junín (two parts), the documentation concerning the acceptance of the Terms of Reference for the elaboration of the Environmental Impact Statement of the phase of geologic exploration of the mining areas Golden 1, Golden 2 and Magdalena 1.
