Zonia Property: Property

Zonia Main Pit with conspicuous recent bulk sample trenches in the pit floor. Looking southeasterly.

Zonia Property consists of 144 patented and unpatented mineral claims comprising about 3,000 acres of land. These claims include lode mining claims, millsite claims, are located in the Walnut Grove Mining District. Scott Wilson RPA understands that SGV has secured the title to the claims from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona ordered sale as the result of the because the previous owner, Arimetco, Inc., was in liquidation proceedings. SGV also reports that there are no royalties or other encumbrances on the property. Scott Wilson RPA has not searched the title to the Zonia property, but has relied on information supplied by SGV.

The Zonia Property is approximately 140 km (88 mi) from Phoenix and 42 km (26 mi) from Prescott by road. The geographic coordinates of the property are Latitude 34° 18' 30" North and Longitude 112° 37' 30" West. Infrastructure for mining equipment and supplies is available in the general area, since the area has a history of gold and copper mining. Water, electrical power, and labour are available locally.

SGV reports that additional studies are required on the project to support an application to develop a new mining and processing operation.
